Hike: Collinasca - Corino - Cerentino - Collinasca

5.2 km I 1h 49 I ↗ 329 m ↘ 329 m I sunny autumn hike

At the beginning, the recently renovated hiking trail leads steeply uphill along the Murana Gorge and there are around 310 meters of elevation to overcome to reach Corino . The beautiful and well-developed hiking trail, which is sunny even in winter, and the beautiful view and nature make up for the exertion. On hot summer days, you can also cool off in the water above the stone bridge in Corino . Corino is a beautiful, quiet hamlet that is worth a short detour.

On the way down we follow the quiet road until the hiking trail branches off to the left and leads us to Cerentino . Below Cerentino we follow the hiking trail, but soon come across the old connecting road between Cerentino and Collinasca.

We follow the road to Collinasca and are impressed by how nature has reclaimed the paved roads and structures over many years.

Special features:

  • Beautiful bathing area in Corino above the stone bridge

  • Autumn hike with sunny ascent in the light chestnut forest

  • Impressive descent on the old connecting road between Collinasca and Cerentino
